We’re excited to welcome Silvia Pilion, owner of the legendary Oaxaca tasting room Mezcaloteca, for an intimate evening exploring some of mezcal’s most unique expressions.

Silvia has spent years working directly with small mezcal producers across Mexico, documenting and sharing traditional distillation methods through her project Mezcalosfera.

For this special event, Silvia will guide guests through the world of "Destilado Con" — mezcals that undergo a final distillation with fruits, spices, herbs, and other ingredients that dramatically shape the spirit’s aroma and flavor.
