Keynote Speaker: Pastor William Sloos

William Sloos is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and has served in pastoral ministry in the Greater Toronto Area for 31 years. He currently serves as the Lead Pastor at Bethel Pentecostal Church in Ottawa, Ontario, while also teaching Pentecostal History at Horizon College and Seminary. Pastor Will is deeply passionate about biblical preaching, whole-life discipleship, community outreach, and equipping people for works of service. His vision is to raise up a generation of Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered leaders to serve in the local church and the global marketplace.
