Horizon Family Hub empowers adults with intellectual disabilities to gain the skills and confidence for greater independence. We do this by building community through inclusive social programs and providing opportunities for personal growth and skill development. Our long-term vision is to create a dedicated space that supports individuals and families on their journey toward independence.
