MEET SANTA AT HORNCASTLE FARM

Santa is coming to Horncastle Farm for a magical woodland-themed Christmas experience!

Please arrive at the time shown on your ticket. This is your family’s arrival time and not the exact time you will enter Santa’s room.

After checking in with the elves, your family can spend up to one hour enjoying our festive woodland activity area before being called forward for your personal family meeting with Santa.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES

• Christmas arts and crafts
• Gingerbread decorating
• Meeting and chatting with Santa’s elves
• Writing and posting a letter to Santa
• Exploring our woodland-themed Christmas area
• A personal family meeting with Santa
• Up to five minutes with Santa for each participating child
• A wrapped Christmas gift for every participating child
• A special reply from Santa following your visit

A PERSONALISED MEETING WITH SANTA

During booking, we’ll ask you to tell us a little about each child, including their proudest achievements, favourite interests and special moments from the year.

Santa and his elves will use this information to make their meeting feel personal and truly magical.

TICKETING INFORMATION

One ticket is required for every child wishing to meet Santa and participate in the experience.

Accompanying adults do not require a ticket.

For example:

• One child and two adults require one child ticket.
• Two participating children require two child tickets.
• Three participating children require three child tickets.

Please select the correct number of child tickets when booking.

Siblings included within the same booking will remain together and meet Santa as one family.

ARRIVAL AND SANTA VISITS

Please arrive promptly at the time shown on your ticket and check in with the elves.

Families will be called forward to meet Santa according to their arrival and check-in time. Your exact waiting time may vary depending on the number of children within each family and the needs of the children visiting before you.

While you wait, you can enjoy the Christmas activities and explore our festive woodland area.

Please allow sufficient time for the complete experience and do not arrive late, as this may affect when Santa is able to see your family.

Children must remain accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the experience.
