MICHAEL LONG MEMORIAL GOLF DAY AT GOSWICK LINKS IN AID OF HOSPICECARE NORTH NORTHUMBERLAND

HospiceCare North Northumberland is a provider of palliative care in North Northumberland. This service delivers a person-centered Hospice at Home offering practical care and support to adults aged 18 years and over, who are living with a terminal illness requiring palliative input. The care is delivered by our Registered Nurses and our experienced team of Hospice Support Workers

This golfing event is in memory of Michael Long who was well known to the community of Goswick Links through his role as Finance Director. Michael and his family used the service of HospiceCare North Northumberland last year. 

REGISTRATION FEE: £240.00 per team of 4 players, which includes tea/coffee and a main course lunch from the Club House. Half-way House available for refreshments.

Our Rich History

On the evening of Friday 21^st October 1889, several local enthusiasts of the suddenly booming game of golf met at the King’s Arms Hotel in Berwick-upon-Tweed ‘to consider a scheme to organize a golf club.’ And so began the story of Goswick.
