Forest Bathing Experience at Riverwood Conservancy
Join Sock Gee, for a relaxing Saturday morning forest bathing experience! She is certified through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs.
Forest bathing, inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, invites you to slow down and immerse yourself in the forest atmosphere. Walking through the woods, you’ll be encouraged to engage all five senses which fosters relaxation, restores balance, and supports both physical and mental well-being. Our forest guide Sock Gee Gan is certified through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs.
