Forest Therapy Experience at Lake Aquitaine Park, Meadowvale Community Center, Mississauga

Join Veena, for a relaxing Wednesday morning forest therapy experience at Lake Aquitaine Park,  behind Meadowvale Community Centre, 6655 Glen Erin Dr, Mississauga, ON.  Sock Gee is certified through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs.

This walk is an invitation to pause, notice, and reconnect with the natural world. Through simple sensory invitations and unhurried time in nature, participants are encouraged to explore in their own way, creating space for presence, reflection, and connection.

Important Details:

• Dress for the weather. This is a rain-or-shine event!
• The walk is easy and taken at a gentle pace.
• Engage with the practice as much—or as little—as feels right for you.
• Additional details and confirmation emails will be sent out to you closer to date. 

Registration is limited to 12 participants.  As this is a popular event, a waitlist will also be created.  If you have registered and are no longer available to attend,  please inform Tanja Pereira, Wellness Coordinator at tpereira@hospicemississauga.ca. 

Hospice Mississauga has the right to cancel this session if registration numbers are less than 8 participants. If necessary, notice of cancellation will be provided 24 hours in advance.
