Dedicate a rose in memory of a loved one

We invite you to dedicate a rose in memory of a loved one which will be planted in our Hospice Rose Garden.

The rose garden offers a quiet place to sit, to be alone with your thoughts while surrounded by the beautiful fragrance of roses.

Each rose comes with a small rectangular brass plaque engraved with your loved one's name to enable you to identify your rose. Plaques will hang from the rose itself.

Please double check the spelling of the name(s) you would like on the engraved plaque as any additional plaques will be an extra cost.
