Pama International return to Brighton for two intimate shows on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th July 2022.
Formed in 2001 Pama International have recorded twelve albums, three BBC Radio 1 Maida Vale sessions, won BBC 6 music’s Rebel playlist, and were the first new act to sign to Trojan Records in 30 years. The collective nature of the band attracted members from The Specials, The Style Council, Galliano, Madness, Lee Perry’s Upsetters, Billy Bragg, Mad Professor, Steel Pulse and Jamaican legends; Rico Rodriguez, Dave & Ansel Collins, Derrick Morgan, Dawn Penn, Dennis Alcapone, AJ Franklin. In 2018 they launch their soul revue to 9000 people at London’s iconic Alexandra Palace. They now return to the live arena to promote the release of their southern soul inspired Altruistic Soul Sound of… Part 3 album!
This is the first time the band have played Brighton in over 3 years since their sell-out show back in 2018!
