Join us for an unforgettable afternoon with The Pot of Gold Shanty Crew, bringing you the vibrant sounds of traditional and modern maritime folk music.

Pot of Gold are eleven musicians and friends now in their ninth year of sprinkling shanty magic over audiences from Lands End to the East Coast and points inbetween.

Having performed at the iconic Minack Cliff Theatre, Norwich’s Maddermarket Theatre, Ely’s Maltings, churches and shanty festivals around the country they sing from a collection of one hundred songs ~ originals written and arranged by Crewmembers, or basically any lyric that mentions water, ships, sailors or mermaids.

Expect a totally inclusive, entertaining session, full of great songs, fantastic harmonies, humour, brilliant musicianship and audience participation. Add to that the only British Sign Language signing shantyman and you’ll have an unparalleled experience.
