Join us in learning the art of making pork dumplings with Chef Britney Wang!

Britney (Dumpling Queen) is a Chinese American chef + entrepreneur originally from Honolulu but now based in Los Angeles and we're so excited to have her with us at Roux. Also, find her at Dumpling Showcase on Saturday! 

She started her journey specializing in dumpling making, which turned into pop-ups, participating in TV food competitions, starting her own bao business, and now working on more exciting projects to come.

In this class, you will:

• Take part in a hands-on dumpling-making activity - from making fresh dough, kneading, rolling, and mixing the filling
• Learn four different pleats for folding dumplings and how to cook them properly
• Enjoy the dumplings made in the class and two special side dishes created by Chef Wang
• Take home your dumpling-making kit (traditional dumpling rolling pin and bamboo spatula) to keep practicing
• Beer and wine included!
