You can follow (or mix and match) one of the tracks:

BioWellness - take care of your body, mind & soul via indivudual inner work & bodywork; there won't be any interaction between participants; you can focus on yoursel still feeling part of the group and supported by the presence of other humans ( yoga, intuitive movement, breathwork, meditation happens here)

Heartwarming Connections - time to warm up inside! we all need to feel held, hugged and loved. and guess what - we can receive those qualities from other people! some physical, verbal and emotional connections might happen here. there is no nudity, and no s8xual energy flow. we also practise communication and self awareness here. hygge cuddle puddles possible here, you can take your comfy socks and blanket ;) (workshops on communication, healing touch, self - mutual massage, nervous system regulation in contact with other people)

Healing Eros - taking it all back to the start.... slow, step by step introduction to the conscious, s*cred sexuality idea. Relationship with yourself, and your Eros that allows you to create fullfiling, healthy, heart & consent based connections. We start with proper consent workshops, make sure you are able to communicate (and know ) your boundries. And desires. Keeping it safe for you to allways stay true & authentic with yourself, your needs and values. Listening to your heart and soul as well as your body. Nudity is welcome (but optional) here, as well as inviting eros flow. At any time you only engage within your boundries & wellbeing ( consent & communication workshops, healing touch & bodywork, Eros Temple with Cacao Ceremony )

Magical place, with strong healing energy and luxurious yes cosy vibe. This butique Hotel / Medical SPA, hidden in thick beautifull forrest allows you to truly disconnect from everyday life, and grab the sensation of being in a distant, safe space. 

RESTAURANT

A fantastic view to a forest clearing from the Muzyczna Restaurant will make every moment spent in this place a unique experience. On sunny days the terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the signing of birds and the sound of mountain brooks.

The best products in Jelenia Struga are our chefs. They cook with their hearts and follow the latest trends in gastronomy. For their trademark courses they use unique Potencjałka AOx spring water and regional products.

Your basic menu included in accomodation price  features vegetarian and vegan dishes. 

The restaurant will also be open for a'la carte requests (paid extra).

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is 1320 PLN per person including yummy veggie foods & unlimited access to spa zone (saunas & swimming pool)

You will be able to choose room option (double, 3 or 4-beds - all of them with bathrooms)

You will be asked to place a deposit of 400PLN per person for your stay directly after buying the ticket.

You can pay cash / card at the hotel reception -  Euro or PLN as you wish. 

PROGRAM

All workshops will be included in the price of the retreat.

You don't have to book earlier, you can follow your instinct at the venue.

ULTIMATE RELAX SPA ~ EXTRAS

HAMMAM RITUAL

You can't miss this one! This one comes from the venue's SPA team offer, and requires extra payment (245 PLN / 55 EURO).

This 120 min total relax journey with aromatherapeutic steam bath , body - peeling and mind blowing oriental scent oils.

It's a deep cleansing ritual with himalayan salt peeling, black african soap i and maroccan body mask finished with regenerating argan oil.

There is a limited number of places (~8) for each session, so make make your reservation now. You can pay the deposit

choosing the right option and add it to your ticket now.

SPA | INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS with facilitators & House Of Love team

We will add the "menu" soon. Those are extra - paid, and you have to make a reservation before the event.

OPEN CALL

We will have lower cost tickets (the accomodation fee is not flexible)  options if you want to contribute to co-creating the event. You can ask for :

~asistant options (only with previous experience / recommendations from some of the facilitators )

~ Photographer / video maker ( send us your portfolio / links )

~ MALE / QUEER facilitators ( offering workshop on mens' work, intimacy, tantra, positive / sacred s*xuality / bodywork / breathwork/ movement - dance )

~ deco support ( send us some references/ ideas on what can U bring to art up the space)

ENERGETIC SAFETY of all events by  House Of Love :

WE offer you deep regeneration & relax, therefore we suggest you restrain from drinking alkohol and taking any other stimulants during this days. 

There is no alkohol prohibition at the venue, BUT  you will not be allowed to eneter and participate any of the workshops after consumption (even small amounts). We respect ourselves, other participants, and mutualy care for safety. Our workshops are based on deep consent, which means conscious agreement (with yourself and others) - and there is no conscious agreement without sober awareness and clear vision. 

REFUND POLICY 

Tickets are nonrefundable and personal. If you buy more than one, you need to contact us to list the rest of participants included in your order. In case of emergency please don't hesitate to contact organisers in an honest manner.

If you decide to pay deposit only now - the deposit is unrefundable. And you declare to submit rest of the price at the venue. The price will be set while making purchase, and appropiate to the bundle of tickets active at time of purchase. 

Accomodation Payments are submited directly do the venue, which requires a deposit of 400PLN. Organizer will guide you through the booking process as soon as we get your ticket payment confirmed. We will contact you via e-mail to set details of your stay / room of your choice.

1. Who is this event for?

~ adults +21, interested in self care, self development, holistic health & bodypositive wellness

~ no previous experience of any kind is necessary

~ you can come as a single person, with your partner or partners or your group of friends

~ wellness options can be tempting for girl gang or mother - sister - daughter leisure

2. Are the workshops obligatory? I don't like group activities , and don't want any pressure...

~ no. You choose your experience from what's on the menu. It is your time to regenerate in the best way. If you feel more like swiming, sauna and forrest walks - go for it! You can choose between programme options, individual sessions, saunas & swimming pool, exploring nature, meeting new people, eating delicious veggie / vegan food or have it all :)

3. Can I book a room with the people I know ?

~yes, but you have to hurry up to have a choose! There are 35 rooms, and we will also be selling separate beds for people who come alone. We have total of 65 places at this venue.
