The Getdown with Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière

Learn the art of the get down with Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière in her floorwork master class.

Perfect your dips, dives and shoulder rolls while learning a fun safe ways to get on the floor, work your moves and strengthen your choreography.

Bring knees pads if needed, they are not required.
Please note that this class will be held in a carpeted room, so we recommend having your skin covered up!

• There is ramp and step access into the venue.
• All events are on the ground floor, with step-free access to the workshops, shows, toilets and market area.
• There is a lift in the building which can take you up to your hotel room (if you choose to stay at the Hilton) and to the rooftop bar.
