You’ll love our location, the stunning offices of HTA Design, the award-winning architects, who are based in a 19^th century converted warehouse - and who's kegs of in-house larger will be served throughout the evening. 

The evening will highlight Pride London's core values,  visibility, unity, and equity and how these values can thrive in the social housing and sector.

Patrick Franco - Patrick joined Notting Hill Genesis as chief executive in January 2023. He has a wide range of relevant experience across various sectors, including residential management, finance investment, hospitality, and tourism. Most recently, he was chief operating officer at Foxtons, where he led digital transformation programmes to improve customer experience and was instrumental in their work on environmental, social and governance matters. At Foxtons he was also an ardent advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion within the property sector.

Barbara Brownlee  Before joining Soho Housing Association as Chief Executive, Barbara spent 4years as Executive Director of Growth, Housing and Planning in Westminster developing the city’s ambitious affordable housing programme and delivering two major regeneration sites at Ebury Bridge and Church Street. . She went on to set up the city’s wholly owned housing development company, Westminster Builds. She is a board member of SNG and a co-director of Bobinska Brownlee New River art gallery.

Andy Hulme -   Andy joined Hyde as Group Chief Executive Officer in the spring of 2022 and has accelerated the group’s plans to reconnect with customers, invest in our communities and green Hyde’s estates.  Prior to joining Hyde, Andy was the Global Managing Director of Real Estate and Housing at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). He also spent time as the Lloyds Bank Mortgage Director and Group Head of New Mortgages and Managing Director of The Equity Businesses. He worked with the UK Government to bring Help to Buy to market and led strategy, products and propositions to support LBG in maintaining a market leading position in key segments such including First Time Buyers, New Build and Buy to Let. 

Helen Randall -  In her legal practice, Helen specialises in public/private joint ventures, procurement and governance. Her voluntary work includes: Chair of Stonewall Housing (from August 2018), mentoring with the Girls Network, Visiting Professor of the University of Law and former Chair of the New Local Government Network policy think tank.
