Gain a general overview of mediation, and how mediation works in relation to housing.

This course covers a general overview of mediation, and also more specifically how mediation works in the housing arena.

We will discuss the benefits to all parties in engaging in mediation to try and resolve an issue with housing, whether this involves landlord, tenant, neighbours and so forth.

The course will help build an understanding for those working with renters. It will raise awareness of their rights as well as responsibilities before, during and after the rental period.
