The essential course to give you an all-round knowledge of housing in Northern Ireland.
This course will cover all tenures of housing in Northern Ireland. It will provide a strong knowledge base to help you support your clients with their housing issues. You will also have the opportunity to attain an OCN level 3 accreditation on completion of the course.
This course will take place over six sessions (Thursday 15th June, Thursday 22nd June, Thursday 29th June, Thursday 6th July, Thursday 20th July Thursday 27th July).

- social rented housing
- private rented housing
- sustaining accommodation

In addition to attending the training sessions, participants will also be required to complete some additional study hours and work based learning tasks such as case studies and research activities to build their portfolio of evidence.
To assist in achieving this, participants will have the support of the lead tutor throughout the six-week course.
This course is accredited through the Open College Network; course fee is inclusive of £75 OCN accreditation fee.
