“Hope with Feathers” Mid-Autumn Festival Gala 《希望之翼》哈维中秋才艺晚会

Howard County Chinese Cultural Center will present this year's "Hope with Feathers" Mid-Autumn Festival Gala and Food Fair on September 28, 2024. In the season of golden autumn, let us gather at the Jim Rouse Theater in Columbia to celebrate the harvest and reunion, and appreciate family and friendship. The evening will showcase the exquisite talents in our community, featuring singing, dancing, instrumental music, and a variety of other forms. It promises to be a splendid and delightful event.
The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday that symbolizes family reunion and celebrates harvest with special food and delicacies. The “Hope with Feathers 2024” mid-autumn celebration will also include a cultural/food fair that provides charity sales of special mid-autumn festival food and delicacies including mooncakes, rice dumplings, pastries, snacks and other delicacies. You can taste the delicious traditional and authentic Chinese food for the Mid-Autumn Festival in America! All delicacies are handmade with high-quality ingredients, with no artificial additives. In addition, the lobby will also feature cultural exhibitions and a Hanfu experience - you can wear Hanfu and have portraits taken by a photographer either by yourself or with family, gaining an immersive experience of "ancient Chinese style". It's an opportunity to appreciate fine talents, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate cultural heritage - an event not to be missed!

哈维华人文化中心将于2024年9月28日推出本年度《希望之翼》哈维金秋晚会。金秋时节，让我们共聚哥伦比亚Jim Rouse剧场，感恩收获，庆祝团圆，重温亲情与友情。此次晚会将以感恩/团圆为主题，展示哈维社区华人的精品才艺，载歌载舞，汉服表演，器乐演奏，形式多样，可谓精彩纷呈，赏心悦目，美轮美奂！

中秋是中华传统节日，象征着团聚，圆满，与和谐共享，演出前将在剧场大厅举行美食义卖，在欣赏节目之前，您可以购买到物美价廉的月饼、粽子、各式酥皮点心、桂花糕、各色小吃等美食，都是中秋节的特色食品，使我们在异乡过中秋节时仍能品尝到家乡美味。美食之外，剧场大厅还会增添文化展览与汉服体验，以及由摄影师为大家拍摄汉服照及全家福的项目，让旅居海外的哈维华人沉浸式体验“国风古韵”，既欣赏精品才艺，又能大快朵颐，尽兴尽爽，不可错过！
