One of the country’s largest specialist wholesale growers of nearly 60 years of premium peat-free Hardy Perennials, we supply garden centres, nurseries, landscapers, local authorities, historic gardens and garden designers. Our growing list of 1,800 varieties is produced on site, with 95% propagated at our nursery to ensure plants remain true to type. We produce more than 2.4 million plants with open-ground and container range perennials in 9cm, 1-, 2- and 5-litre pots, delivering throughout the UK.
Your visit will start in our meeting room with refreshments alongside an informal chat about company history, products, ordering and delivery options. It’s a chance to ask questions, which might help you save time with your ordering. Then onto the fun bit (if you love plants), behind the scenes having a look round the nursery to see what is happening from propagation, field department, peat-free container area, to despatch. This is something you wouldn't even see on our open days.
Come dressed and booted for the weather.
The tour can last up to one and half hours...just depends how long we chat.
Ample parking. Accessible parking and toilet available.
Please arrive for the start of your session at 3pm.
If you are traveling into the area for this event, we are 15 minutes from Diss train station or I would suggest Scole Inn as somewhere to stay. Lunch option would be Wortham Coffee Shop or Hillcrest at Stanton.
Sorry no dogs on site.
You are welcome to take photos while on site, please tag us in social media. However please respect staff and don’t include their heads in photos.
