Howey Music Series is thrilled to bring live chamber music to the farm! Join us at beautiful Far Reach Ranch during their blueberry UPICK event for a special family-friendly concert experience featuring the string quartet Nova Classica.

Blueberry picking begins at 9:00 AM, and all attendees are invited to step inside the ranch’s on-site building at 11:00 AM for a lively, interactive musical performance designed especially for children and families.

Nova Classica will take listeners on a musical journey through styles and centuries — from beloved children’s favorites and familiar pop tunes to classical masterpieces, jazz-inspired rhythms, and even a touch of tango. With engaging narration throughout the performance, audiences will learn what makes each style unique while hearing how a string quartet brings the music to life.

The 40 minute concert will be followed by an instrument petting zoo, where children can see instruments up close and experience how they work in a hands-on setting.

It’s the perfect blend of fresh air, fresh blueberries, and fresh music — a joyful morning of learning and listening in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
