This free online workshop is designed for parents, carers and young people who are exploring options for education and training, including those with or without an EHCP.
Delivered over two interactive sessions, the workshop will help participants better understand the pathways available for young people up to the age of 25, and how to navigate transitions with confidence.
Session dates:

What the sessions will cover:

Education and training options up to age 25 (with or without an EHCP)

References to SEND law and guidance

Social, emotional and mental health considerations

Education Other Than At School (EOTAS) and home education

Transitions to college and sixth form, including transfers to new placements

Internships, apprenticeships, work placements and alternative pathways
There will be opportunities to ask questions at the end of each session.
