The Fundamentals of Leadership and Effective Supervision seminar is our most requested training program for leaders at every stage of their career. For 20+ years HRM Services has honed key concepts related to both personal and team development and delivered content in a relatable, engaging way. This course aims to build increased awareness and skill in the following areas:

The Fundamentals of Leadership

• The role of personality and team dynamics
• Employee engagement and building social capital through trust and respect
• The interaction between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction

The Foundations of Effective Communication

• Identification and assessment of key communication skills
• The importance of nonverbal communication and the role of active listening
• The impact of technology on relationship building

Employee Coaching and Performance Development

• Orientation vs onboarding - creating a culture of proficiency AND belonging
• Training tactics and the use of effective questions
• Situational leadership and building feedback loops

This training is limited to 40 participants - spots will fill up on a first come-first serve basis, so don't delay! To ensure variety in the attendee list, we are limiting the number of participants from the same company to five (5).
