The Colorado Springs Indian community with a team of 20 between the ages 11 to 70 years are behind the scenes currently rehearsing / practicing every Sat/Sun and some weekdays to bring a full fledge Orchestra with Band Wagon with Lights for the Temple on Sunday 1st May 4 pm - 6:30 pm with Live songs ( No Karioke!). and cultural dances. Vaisakhi (IAST: vaisākhī), also pronounced Baisakhi, marks the first day of the month of Vaisakha and is usually celebrated annually on 13 or 14 April as the Hindu and Sikh solar new year. It is additionally a spring harvest festival for many Indians.
