HTCC International Day - Hospitality & Sponsorship Tickets

PCA England Legends return to play HTCC.

Dear Prospective Sponsor/Attendee, on the 08^th of August 2025. Following a great event last year Hadleigh & Thundersley Cricket Club will be taking on the PCA England Legends again, a team made up of all Ex International England Players such as Ian Bell,  Jade Dernbach, Alex Tudor just to name a few. You can get involved in this year’s event either through or hospitality options or there is great opportunities to reach circa 1000 people on the day through sponsoring the event with many different options available. Hospitality Ticket Options:

• Silver – Sit on a table of 8 to 12 guests , drinks reception, 3 course luxury lunch, wine with lunch, exclusive pre-match entertainment, priority access to silent auctions, tea/coffee, VIP viewing area for the match, access to a six piece live band with large dance-floor Cost £80pp
• Gold – Sit on a table of 8 to 11 guests hosted by an ex England international player, drinks reception, 3 course luxury lunch, wine with lunch, exclusive pre-match entertainment, priority access to silent auctions, tea/coffee VIP viewing area for the match, access to a six piece live band with large dance-floor Cost £90pp - SOLD OUT

Order of Play:

• 11.00AM - DRINKS RECEPTION - The PCA Legends will be in the marquee to mingle, toast to an enjoyable day ahead!
• 12.00PM - LUNCH BEGINS-  Time to introduce the Legends to the marquee. Then it’s time to tuck into the first course.
• 1.00PM - MAIN COURSE SERVED - A tasty main to fuel you for an afternoon of spectating and socialising
• 1.30PM - PLAYERS’ Q&A - Listen to some greats of the game relay stories of their playing days and the game as it is today!
• 2.30PM - DESSERT SERVED - Satisfy your sweet tooth followed by tea's & coffee's
• 2.45PM - LIVE AUCTION  - Time to get fundraising!
• 3.30PM - FIRST INNINGS - Let the game commence! HTCC take on the Legends in a T20. Have they still got ‘it’?
• 4.45PM - JUNIOR TOURNAMENT FINAL - The 2 x 5aside kids teams will compete on the main stage in the grand final.
• 5.15PM - SECOND INNINGS - Game faces back on to finish the game.
• 6.45PM - POST MATCH CELEBRATIONS - Whatever the result the Legends will be happy to chat, sign autographs etc.
• 6.45PM - LIVE 6 PIECE BAND - The dance floor will be lively and will be sure to entertain you late into the night.

Sponsorship Options:

1. Programme Sponsor - Advertise your business in our match day programme which will be seen by circa 1000 attendee’s. In addition, we will ensure you social media coverage.

• Half a Page - Recommended sponsorship - £50+VAT
• Full Page - Recommended sponsorship - £100+VAT
• Double Page Spread - Recommended sponsorship - £150+VAT
• Full Back Cover - Recommended sponsorship - £200+VAT

2. Live Stream Sponsor - Feature on our you-tube live stream and highlights of the game. We estimate around 1500 – 2500 views for this game. With this package we will add your business logo and an advert to our virtual sponsor board when team lists display and when a break is set during a game – i.e., drinks, between overs, after a wicket, end of innings.

• Recommended sponsorship - £50+VAT

3. Banner sponsor – Advertise your business with a banner up too 3m x 1m in size

• Recommended sponsorship - £50+VAT (Plus your own provision of the banner)

4. Match Day Ball Sponsor – You will sponsor the provision of the cricket balls for this game. You will receive sponsorship in the programme as well as a chance to have a picture with the PCA England Legends team.

• Recommended sponsorship - £150+VAT

5. Player Sponsor – Sponsor one of the Hadleigh Team, you will appear as a sponsor in the programme next to your player of choice. Man of the match will receive a social media sponsorship post. The Hadleigh team is still to be confirmed but the below is the squad of players likely to fill the team:
