Hudson Valley Optometric Society Fall Seminar 2024

The Annual Hudson Valley Optometric Society Fall Seminar includes five hours of courses for doctors (CE is pending COPE approval), a program for assistants and vendor exhibit hall to visit during breaks and lunch. Breakfast and Lunch are included for all attendees.  

Similar to last year, there will be a Happy Hour immediately following the program at nearby Zeus Brewing Company.  There is no additional fee for the Happy Hour for doctors and staff.  For any vendor reps that wish to attend the happy hour a ticket to attend may be purchased for each company representative in addition to the exhibitor table ticket.  Happy hour private space on the rooftop with light fare and open bar from 3:30-5:00 PM.

For doctor and staff attendees...when purchasing tickets for this event, select the number of each type of ticket you wish to purchase for those attending from your office.  You will be asked to enter OE tracker info for any doctors attending as well as the name of each attendee for name badge and attendance purposes.   If you plan to attend the happy hour, please select the appropriate number of tickets for that event in addition to the seminar tickets and list the name of attendee on each ticket.  This will help us have an accurate headcount.  Thank you.

For Exhibitors...Thank you for exhibiting at our event and sponsoring our program!  Please select the option that best fits the number of representatives from your company that will be attending (1,2,3 or 4).  If you wish to be a premiere sponsor with extra perks please select that option.  More details are noted in that ticket type.  The cost to exhibit at our program includes table space as well as meals for the number of representatives selected.   If you would like to join us for our happy hour at Zeus Brewing company uou may add a ticket for each representative that will attend to cover the cost of food and beverage.  Be sure to put the name of each attendee so we know who plans to attend.
