A half day session for those curious to understand themselves—and others—more deeply at work
You don’t leave yourself at the door when you come to work.
The way you think.
The way you respond under pressure.
The way you relate to others.
It all comes with you.
And it shapes more than you might realise.
Most of us have spent years developing our skills—learning how to lead, communicate, and perform.
But often, very little time understanding the person delivering all of that.
This workshop creates space to do exactly that.
What This Workshop Is About
The Psychology You Bring to Work is an insight-led session exploring the patterns, beliefs, and internal drivers that shape how you show up at work.
Together, we’ll explore:
- How your early experiences of groups still shape how you show up in teams today
- How your internal world influences how you communicate, make decisions, and relate to yourself and others
- How awareness creates options—giving you more choice in how you respond, and the opportunity for meaningful change
Why Join us?
Because how you show up at work shapes more that you realise.
If you’ve ever:
- Found yourself reacting in ways you didn't intend
- Felt triggered by certain people or situations
- Holding back, or struggled to say what you really mean
- Wondered how you impact others
This session will help you begin to understand why.

This workshop is for you if you are:
- A business owner, leader, or manager

What You’ll Leave With
You’ll leave with:
- Greater awareness of the patterns you bring into your work
- Insight into how those patterns influence others and the environment around you
- A clearer understanding of what drives your behaviour
- Practical ways to create more choice in how you respond
About the Facilitator
Gemma is a psychotherapist, trainer, coach, and founder of Human Brilliance - a workplace wellbeing, leadership, and performance consultancy.
She works with individuals, leaders, and organisations to help them better understand themselves and how they relate to others at work.
Her work sits at the intersection of performance and wellbeing, because in her experience, you can’t separate the two.
She brings a grounded, human approach to development, creating spaces where people can reflect, gain insight, and make meaningful change.
A Starting Point—Not the Finish Line
