The Gathering is a group journey of HD lovers, limited for a profound personal experience.

It is designed to take us through a process, both supported in the tribal structure, and empowered as individuals - to learn, experience and embody our Design.

‍‍Each ticket includes full access to all Gathering activities for 5 days.

Please note: We are a substance-free event. Smoking is in designated areas.

🔶 ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT

We offer several kinds of rooms and cabins, as well as camping possibility. ALL options include 3 meals a day!

LODGING OPTIONS:

• LODGING in Rooms - in a building with either shared with one more room bathroom / private bathroom.

Room for 4 people - €250.00 / €333.00
Room for 2 people - €300.00 / €362.00
Single room - €390.00 / €450.00

• LODGING in Cabins - a wooden pyramid cabin, with shared bathroom and toilets compound.

Cabin for 3 - €180.00
Cabin for 2 - €240.00
Single cabin - €360.00

• LODGING in Camping

Camping Space - a space for your choice on the lawn, with shared bathroom and toilet compound -  €120.00

SHUTTLES: We will be offering a shuttle service, from and to the airports of Vienna and Bratislava. We are currently coordinating shuttles based on demand. The price for a shuttle will be announced soon. Please let us know if you are planning to use the shuttle service. 

🔶 VALIDITY

The tickets include participation in the full program of HUMAN DESIGN🔸G A T H E R I N G 2025.
Travel and accommodation are not included in the ticket. When purchasing your Gathering ticket, you'll be asked to choose your preferred accommodation. Each accommodation choice includes 3 meals a day.

🔶 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation at the event is always at your own risk. We are only liable for such damages which have arisen to the user through grossly negligent or deliberate behavior. HUMAN DESIGN🔸G A T H E R I N G and the artists & facilitators assume no liability for accidents.
We recommend concluding a travel health insurance. Liability for damage and/or loss to and from brought objects is not accepted.

By purchasing a Gathering ticket, attendees consent to being featured in any produced content from the event. You can contradict this by sending us an email HERE, and we will inform our crew.

The registration for the event is considered as approval of our conditions of participation and allows the forwarding of further information relevant to the events to the e-mail address given at the registration.

🔶 CANCELLATION / REFUND

Please make sure you are fully able to attend before securing your spot.
Due to the limited number of participants in our Gathering, we are not able to offer full refunds. 

Our refund policy: 50% refund in case of cancellation up to 10.8.2025. After that, 25% refund up to 3.9.2025. After that no refund will be issued.

*This policy does not include tickets purchased before January 2025. For ticket purchased in 2024 from HD Rave Festival the policy was: 20% Cancellation Fee after November 17th, 2024, 50% Cancellation Fee after December 17th, 2024, 100% Cancellation Fee or No Cancellation after December 31st, 2024

 IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL

If we can not host the festival and must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible. In this case, you have the option to receive either a 100% refund excluding taxes, or you can get to transfer your ticket for the next event.
However, we are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.

🔶TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE

Please note that travel, cancellation, and health insurance are your responsibility. Furthermore, you participate at your risk and you must employ your judgment as to which this event appropriate for your level of overall physical fitness as well as mental stability. The Gathering guest is liable for loss and all damages which arise during the event. You hereby expressly waive any and all claims - of whatever nature - against the Gathering arising from damage, injury, or consequential damage that may occur in connection with participation in the festival.
