Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course

The Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course is for people who have previously completed the accredited Standard or Workplace Mental Health First Aid Aotearoa course and are due to renew their accreditation.

Delivered online via Zoom, this course provides an opportunity to refresh your knowledge, revisit the MHFA Action Plan, and strengthen your confidence in recognising and supporting someone who may be experiencing mental health challenges or distress.

Successful completion of this course extends your MHFA accreditation for a further three years.

Course details:

• Delivery: 2 x 3.5-hour sessions via Zoom
• Dates: Monday 27 July and Friday 31 July
• Time: 9:30am – 1:00pm
• Investment: $395 + GST per person

Included in the course:

• Online training with an accredited MHFA Aotearoa Instructor
• Digital copy of the official MHFA Aotearoa manual
• Online access to the course evaluation and accreditation certificate upon completion
• HumanEx Resources Toolkit, including conversation starters and links to relevant Aotearoa sites and services

Participants are required to attend both sessions in full to complete the refresher and renew their accreditation.
