7pm on Friday July 7 and Saturday July 8, DC Summer Dance Showcase features contemporary dances by artists from the DC area and elsewhere along the East Coast, including New York, Pittsburgh, and Allentown. The diverse program will offer large group and solo work, premieres and old favorites. Our program includes the following artists/companies: Covenant Babatunde, Sarah Carlson | Dance Link, Claytor Company, DANA Movement Ensemble, Davina Etwaroo, Sara Lavan, Nicole McClam, SylviDances, Totema Dance, Deanna Woodman, UpRooted Dance. Tickets are sliding scale $30-$20. Seating is limited, so please purchase early.
