Summer Dinner Party - Nina’s Supper club x Humm Collective, Indo-Japanese feast!

Delicate, umami-rich Japanese flavours meet the vibrant warmth and complexity of Indian spices, creating a menu that feels both familiar and unexpected. A 5 course Summer meal inspired by the best of both our worlds.

Each course has been thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the season. Light yet satisfying, fresh yet deeply flavourful, it's a menu designed to be shared, savoured, and enjoyed together.

Imagine the relaxed feel of a community garden BBQ but with an elevated sit-down dining experience. Long shared tables, warm summer evenings, and a welcoming atmosphere where strangers become friends over great food. It's all about bringing people together to enjoy thoughtfully crafted dishes in a laid-back, community-focused setting.

You might be thinking, Indian and Japanese? What a combo! But this dinner is the result of two passionate chefs (who also happen to be besties) sharing our love for the food we grew up with.

The more we cooked together, the more we realised that bringing our cuisines together created some really beautiful new flavours. Between us, we each have over five years of experience in fine dining and throughout that time we've both taught and learnt so much from each other, not just about our cuisines, but about the cultures that surround them.

At the heart of both Indian and Japanese food is a sense of community. Food is how we gather, celebrate and show love and that's exactly what we want to share with you.
