New Folk for The River Medway: Residency Celebration
Share this event
You are invited to join us for our first river residency celebration!
Across the last couple of months we have been working with incredible local artists and musicians to create new folk music & culture for The River Medway, creating fresh waterways towards connecting more closely with The River!
We'll be exhibiting the in-progress work of our residents and hosting live performances of their new River inspired folk works.
We'll also be showing the beginnings of our new Medway River Folk Archive.
Bring an instrument if you would like to join us for a jam, or you are welcome to join us for a chat about the project and The River.
Under 16s to be accompanied by an adult.
Location
Medway Collective Studio, 2 Walter Burke Way, ME4 4RQ
