A meditation on the boundaries between ourselves and the living world.

Where do we end, and where does the world begin?

Join us for a contemplative gathering exploring our relationship with the more-than-human world through meditation, tea and sound.

Drawing on the Buddhist Six Element Practice, we will explore the elements of earth, water, fire, air, space and consciousness, reflecting on the ways our bodies and minds are intimately entangled with the world around us.

Accompanied by field recordings and a shared cup of tea, this session invites us to slow down, listen deeply and reconsider the boundaries between self and environment.

Rather than seeing nature as something separate from us, we will explore what it means to be made of the same world we inhabit,  continually exchanging, transforming and belonging.
