The Ultimate Group Hypnobirthing Course

Hypnatal Birthing's Ultimate Antenatal Hypnobirthing Course is a fully comprehensive, complete antenatal & hypnobirthing course that will prepare you fully to give birth. It will completely change how you prepare for and experience birth. I am based in Hartley Wintney, so really well located to support families in Hampshire, Berkshire and also Surrey. 

The Ultimate Course is the bees knees of birth preparation, teaching you everything you need to have a positive, confident and empowering birth.

This course is taught over 4 sessions, a week apart, giving you the time to digest everything you have learnt, practice the techniques we've discussed and get thinking about your birth plans.

The Ultimate Antenatal Hypnobirthing Course is run by Fiona Wilson, founder of Hypnatal Birthing and mum of two. I have first-hand knowledge of the local maternity services, after having my son at Frimley Park Hospital and my daughter at home supported by the local home birth team. After having my two babies I couldn't keep everything I learned to myself, which is why I now teach expectant parents all about birth, and how much there is within your control. I absolutely love empowering birth teams to have a birth on their terms, and taking control of their birth experience.

Where does the course take place?

Either at your home (within 10 miles of RG27) or online, wherever you're most comfortable. After booking and paying via Ticket Tailor, I'll be in contact to agree the best dates / times.​​
