Join my 4-week Pregnancy Relaxation Course designed to help you embrace this beautiful journey with peace and relaxation.

What to Expect:

• Breathing Practice to promote calm & relaxation during pregnancy and labour.
• Group Discussion on different topics each week (e.g. relaxation, hormones, fear & anxiety, preparing for birth).
• Guided Relaxation: imagine lying down on your mat, eyes closed, and probably falling asleep while I read a lovely guided relaxation!
• Supportive Community: meet other expectant mums, share experiences, and build lasting friendships in a warm, welcoming environment.

  September block: 13/20/27 Sept and 4 Oct 2026.
  November block: 22/29 Nov and 6/13 Dec 2026.
• Time: 7:30pm - 8:45pm
• Who: Any expectant mum over 12 weeks.
• What to wear: anything comfortable, loungewear, pjs!
• What to bring: blanket and cushion.
• Cost: only £70 for the 4-week course
