Group Hypnobirthing Course - August 2025

Join me for a transformative group hypnobirthing course held over two Sundays in the comfort of my home in East Ardsley.  Address will be sent to you on confirmation of booking. 

This nurturing and supportive environment is designed for expectant parents who wish to explore the empowering techniques of hypnobirthing, promoting relaxation, confidence, and a positive birthing experience for all types of birth!

This course is perfect for anyone from 12 weeks of pregnancy.  Suitable for all births and everyone, you will learn all you need to know about birth and work on feeling more confident about your upcoming birth in a small group of other expectant parents.

Each ticket is for 2 people, if you want to bring an extra birth partner, please drop me a message.  

Classes run every Sunday from 10am-4pm with a break for lunch included.

Refreshments are included but please bring your own lunch.  

Free, on street parking and accessible venue.

Please note this is the deposit for the group hypnobirthing course.  The full price is £225 and you will be invoiced for the remaining fee once booking is confirmed.
