Fancy an evening of pregnancy relaxation for all you deserving mamas to be.
Come and join us every Monday evening, with other mums to be, and really take some time to focus on you and baby. An hour every week to relax, get things off your chest, chat all things pregnancy and birth whilst you enjoy a warm drink and some tasty treats before spending half an hour being guided through a beautiful guided relaxation.
Each week we will spend time talking about all the things on your mind and the things you need to get off your chest. Pregnancy is and amazing time of life, but can also come with some stress as well. This is your chance to try and shake some of that off. It's a chance to pick our brains, as two experienced hypnobirthing teachers and breastfeeding peer supporters, whilst also getting to know other expectant mums from the local area.
When you get cosy on your mat at the end of the session for a gorgeous, half hour guided relaxation, you will get the time you deserve, to help you truly unwind and relax.
Did you know that relaxation in pregnancy is good for you and your baby, helping to reduce blood pressure, balance out your hormones and lower stress. And all the good feels you get from it, baby does too!
