Group Hypnobirthing Course - May 2026- IN PERSON

I will be running a group hypnobirthing course at my home in Castleford (Wakefield) on the following 2 Sunday mornings in May 2026.

This course will take place at my home in Castleford in Wakefield (WF105WG).

The dates for this particular course with in person tickets available are:

- Sunday 17th May (9am - 1pm) 

& 

- Sunday 24th May  (9am - 1pm)

You will need to attend both sessions. 

This course is perfect for anyone who will be 20 - 35 weeks onwards at the start of the first session. I will be teaching you lots of techniques to stack the odds in your favour of having a calm and empowering birth. 

I aim to send out the link to download the MP3 tracks within 2 working days of you paying the deposit. You can start building your confidence for birth straight away, even before the course begins. 

What will you learn on a Hypnobirthing course with me?

My courses are full birth preparation courses. I will teach you the following:

• The process of birth and what happens during labour, right from the first sign of labour, all the way up to birthing your placenta
• What to expect during labour, including how the uterus works and the science behind birth
• How to manage contractions and pain using hypnobirthing techniques to help you stay calm and focused
• I will help to fully equip your birth partner with all the tools that they need to be able to fully support you and be a part of the birth
• How to manage if intervention comes your way, for instance, mentions of induction or caesarean births and we can still make this a positive experience
• How to navigate the maternity system and make decisions that are right for you and your baby
• Lots and lots more

All of my courses are full of logical and rational techniques, tips and knowledge for the most positive birth experience for you. You will ditch the nerves and feel confident about a great birth.

You’ll only Birth this baby once so please don’t leave it to chance.

How do I reserve my space?

You can reserve your space by paying a non-refundable £50 deposit now (this will be a space for you and your birth partner). The outstanding balance of £225 will need to be paid before the first session (I will be in touch to do this). The full investment for this course is £275.

Terms and conditions:

I will be in touch a week before the first session, where I will ask you to fill out a form with a few details, this is purely for insurance purposes. I will also send you some additional information, including directions to my home and where to park. Please note that bookings are non-refundable. This course is due to take place in person, however, if for any reason you cannot attend in person, you can join us via Zoom. This hypnobirthing course does not replace the advice that your medical team give you and I cannot provide you with medical advice. If you have any concerns about either yourself or your baby then you should contact your midwife.
