What is This Course About?

This is not a traditional Qigong class, nor a single-modality art therapy training. E.Qi is a pioneering integration practice of Eastern and Western wisdom:

· Eastern Wisdom as the Foundation: Centered on Qi gong's "Five Regulations" (Body, Breath, Mind, Qi, Shen) to establish deep mind-body connection and energy awareness.

· Western Arts as the Application: Incorporating expressive arts (painting, journaling, movement mapping), equine-assisted therapy concepts, and modern neuroscience (polyvagal theory) to make the healing process visual and creative.

· Integrative Healing as the Outcome: Developing a culturally profound and practical integrative healing methodology applicable in clinical, educational, and group settings.

Upon completion, you will not only learn a set of techniques but also master a new healing language capable of responding to diverse cultural needs.
