Labyrinth: a David Bowie + Friends Disco // The Deaf Institute, Manchester // Fri 15th July 2022

This July, Pop Curious? are celebrating one of the finest films ever made... get ready to enter our Labyrinth: a David Bowie + Friends Disco!

We'll be playing loads of classics from The Thin White Duke himself throughout the night, plus the best songs from the Labyrinth soundtrack album (and yes, we'll be playing 'Magic Dance' more than once), all interspersed by some of the biggest hits from the 80s from the likes of Queen, Eurythmics, Dead Or Alive, Erasure, Kim Wilde, Pet Shop Boys, Bonnie Tyler, A-ha, Whitney Houston, Depeche Mode and more!

PLUS: we've got international drag royalty Cheddar Gorgeous and Liquorice Black representing Bowie on stage recreating scenes from the film!

We'll have loads of Bowie face masks for early attendees, plus great visuals, and another PRIZE FANCY DRESS COMPETITION for anyone dressing in Labyrinth / Bowie / 80s garb!
