About the Instructors

Yaítza Rivera-Jiménez is a Puerto Rican comedian, actor, director, and writer who has performed at comedy festivals across the United States. She studied acting at the Stella Adler Academy in Los Angeles and brings a storytelling-driven approach to stand-up comedy.

Zulivet Díaz is a New York–based theater artist who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theater from the University of Puerto Rico and trained at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting in Los Angeles. Since moving to New York in 2015, she has collaborated with companies including Loco 7, La MaMa, New Stage Theatre Company, Medicine Show Theatre, and Repertorio Español.
