Online, Zoom
Description
My name is Hannah Kendaru and I am an Indonesian-British Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer rooted in embodied social justice and Decolonial Healing. I am interested in expanding our understanding of trauma to include historical, intergeneration and institutional trauma to attend to wounds of our modern context. I use breathwork and embodiment to bring us back into the deep remembrance of what love, liberation and justice means. I use the breath to remember our connection to the earth, to our lineages and ancestors; to decolonise and re-indigenise our civilised minds, bodies and spirits.
We are more than what we have been told. We are the maps of our histories, of where we have been and where we are going. In this workshop, you will take a moment to fully ground yourself in your lineage by gaining clarity on the landscapes, the peoples, the ancestors and the visions you receive.
This is the first journey of my six-part online group therapy experience The Tide Ritual which teaches you how to hold any transition in your life with reverence. Our culture of ritual has been taken from us, The Tide Ritual gives a foundation for modern rituals informed by lineage and ancestry.
I will share an educational moment on our FIRE ancestors, an exploration of our land, people and purpose and a guided breathwork to expand and embody fully into this ceremony.
