Global Inspiration Conference Australia 2025

Welcome to the GIC Australia 2025 ticket centre! 

Your conference ticket provides access to the full conference program and all speakers and workshops (7am - 11pm). This ticket does not include your accommodation package which is purchased separately. The accommodation package includes your accommodation room plus your resort experience including all meals, ferry transfers, resort conference facilities, morning tea and coffee, welcome drink and a bonus sunset cruise. 

Please note that all tickets holders must organise accommodation at Kingfisher Bay Resort. Alternative accommodation is not available, nor suitable, given the remote location and ferry times. 

Important Information

If paying by credit or debit card, please choose the appropriate ticket ('Paying by Card Ticket').
Card payments attract a Stripe or Square fee which we included under the title 'Booking Fee'.
NOTE. In fact, this is NOT actually a booking fee but is the Square/Stripe fee added to the ticket. 

If you choose to pay via bank transfer there is NO transaction fee and so we request you choose the appropriate ticket. Otherwise an invoice will be sent for payment of fees. Thank you for your understanding. 

**Significant IBF Member Discount**

Please head to the IBF Website PRIOR to booking your ticket and register as a member. This will provide you with access to a heavily discounted GIC ticket as well as many other IBF member benefits.  We welcome you to our global Breathwork family!

Yoga Mat

We wish to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible (we are on a beautiful island). While we will have some mats for the floor available to sit on (and there is carpet in the main room), if you would prefer the comfort of your own personal yoga mat we ask that you bring one with you, or alternatively you can pre-purchase one to take home with you (at the time of registration). We request that no yoga mats or other resources are left on the island please. 

Note that chairs will be available for all guests and some cushions are available for floor seating. You are welcome however to bring your own cushion/blanket if you have a set up that works better for you.

Accommodation and Resort Packages

Your accomodation package is purchased separately and directly with Kingfisher Bay Resort. 
You must book a conference accommodation package to attend the GIC. On receipt of your registration, we will email you an accommodation package form. 

This package has two separate elements.. including 

1) Your choice of accommodation - resort room or villa for 6 nights PLUS

2) A delegate resort package including 

• Morning tea/coffee
• Breakfasts
• Conference lunches
• Dinners
• Welcome mocktail  
• Access to all resort facilities
• Return ferry transfer
• And..... a bonus Sunset Cruise! 

Non Delegate packages are also available. Contact the resort for details. 

Meals 
Please note that your accommodation package includes the following meals:

• huge buffet breakfast
• morning tea (including a snack and tea/coffee)
• a light lunch of sandwiches and salads
• various themed dinners

Meals are largely vegetarian and gluten free (or available). You may 'opt out' of breakfast at the time of booking if you do not wish to include this in your package. 

Note that guests will have access to a bar fridge in their room (and villas have kitchens). You can bring additional food/snacks with you. Outside of conference meal times, you may also access the cafe and a small shop on the island (with island prices!). BYO drinks is possible for room use only (no public or pool areas). 

Adventure Day Island Tour and Extra nights' accommodation

We HIGHLY recommend you stay for an day for us to travel the island together on Sunday, 7 September (Adventure Day!). K'Gari is a UNESCO-World Heritage island paradise, with some of the most unique and beautiful natural landscapes we've ever seen - so you don't want to miss this tour. You can either return on the 5pm ferry, or purchase an extra night's accommodation with Kingfisher Bay Resort, along with your adventure day ticket. 

If you do not wish to stay for the adventure day, check out will be as usual on 7 September in line with your chosen return Ferry transfer.
