Welcome to the GIC Australia 2025 ticket centre!

To attend the GIC you need TWO different tickets.

Ticket 1: Your conference ticket can be purchased here. This ticket provides access to the full conference program and bliss ball (7am - 11pm). This ticket does not include your accommodation package which is purchased separately (Ticket 2). 

Ticket 2: The accommodation and delegate package includes your accommodation room PLUS your resort experience. This ticket is purchased through the Kingfisher Bay Resort. An email with details will be provided after your Ticket 1 purchase or please use this FORM. Alternative accommodation is not available, nor suitable, given the remote location and ferry times. This package has two separate elements.. including

1) Your choice of accommodation - resort room or villa for 6 nights PLUS

2) A delegate resort package including

• Morning tea/coffee
• Breakfasts
• Conference lunches
• Dinners
• Welcome mocktail
• Access to all resort facilities
• Return ferry transfer
• And..... a bonus Sunset Cruise! (first 90 delegates only!) - sold out, waitlist available.

Meals are largely vegetarian and gluten free (or available). You may 'opt out' of breakfast at the time of booking if you do not wish to include this in your package.

Note that guests will have access to a bar fridge in their room (and villas have kitchens). You can bring additional food/snacks with you. Outside of conference meal times, you may also access the cafe and a small shop on the island (with island prices!). BYO drinks is possible for room use only (no public or pool areas).

Additional Extras

Yoga Mat (Sold Out - BYO only).

We wish to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible (we are on a beautiful island). While we will have some mats for the floor available to sit on (and there is carpet in the main room), if you would prefer the comfort of your own personal yoga mat we ask that you bring one with you, or alternatively you can pre-purchase one to take home with you (at the time of registration). We request that no yoga mats or other resources are left on the island please. 

Note that chairs will be available for all guests and some cushions are available for floor seating. You are welcome however to bring your own cushion/blanket if you have a set up that works better for you.

Adventure Day Island Tour and Extra nights' accommodation

We HIGHLY recommend you stay for an day for us to travel the island together on Sunday, 7 September (Adventure Day!). K'Gari is a UNESCO-World Heritage island paradise, with some of the most unique and beautiful natural landscapes we've ever seen - so you don't want to miss this tour. You can either return on the 5pm ferry, or purchase an extra night's accommodation with Kingfisher Bay Resort, along with your adventure day ticket. 

If you do not wish to stay for the adventure day, check out will be as usual on 7 September in line with your chosen return Ferry transfer.
