2026 ICMS Annual Congress & Race Track Safety Program

The Annual Congress brings together leading experts to share the latest research, best practices, and innovations in motorsport medicine and safety. Included with Your Registration

Your Annual Congress registration includes complimentary participation in the Race Track Safety Program (RTSP) at no additional cost.

The RTSP provides a unique hands-on educational experience featuring practical demonstrations, multidisciplinary training, and real-world motorsport safety scenarios.

Participation is included with your Congress registration; however, space is limited. Please reserve your RTSP spot during checkout. RTSP participants must have a basic medical background and relevant experience.

The 2026 PRI Show takes place December 10–12, 2026.

New for 2026: Qualified motorsports industry professionals can register directly for the PRI Show—no PRI membership is required. If you have already renewed your 2026 PRI Membership, you will automatically be registered to attend the show.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that an attendee needs to cancel, the attendee will be responsible for all processing and administrative fees associated with the cancellation. ICMS also reserves the right to retain all or a portion of the registration fee if notice is received too close to the event date.
