Join us for the Annual Muslim Heritage Day on August 17th! This is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the rich culture, traditions, and contributions of the Muslim community. We are excited to invite vendors to be part of this vibrant event, which will take place in Edmonton.

Vendor Registration Options:
1. Food Vendor - $450 (Sold Out)
- Showcase your culinary delights and offer a variety of delicious foods to our attendees.
- Requirement: All food vendors must have proper documentation, including a valid food handling permit. They must comply with city regulations regarding fire safety. It is the food vendors' responsibility to ensure that their stall meets the fire hazard safety requirements on the day of the event. More details regarding fire safety and food stall requirements will be shared by our team.
- Any cooking / heating appliances are to be commercial grade (no residential grade appliances allowed by law )
- Propane for cooking - Vendors by law are not allowed to install their own propane tanks to appliances, this is done under permits and you'll need a contractor and a gas permit.
- All Food Vendors must register by August 1st and have the following form filled https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/frm-19880.pdf and sent to ICNA Edmonton <icnaedmonton@gmail.com>
- Rules about cooking on site from the City will be communicated later on the week.
2. Food Vendor - Pre-Cooked (No Cooking On Site) - $350 (Sold Out)
- Provided Setup: Only a table under a tent will be provided.
- Documentation: Vendors must have all proper documentation and arrangements with Alberta Health Services (AHS) for pre-cooked food.
- On-Site Restrictions: Cooking on site is not allowed. All food must be prepared in advance and brought to the event.
- Requirement: All requirements for regular food vendors must also be followed. Ensure you have the necessary permits and adhere to health and safety guidelines to participate.
- All Food Vendors must register by August 1st and have the following form filled https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/frm-19880.pdf and sent to ICNA Edmonton <icnaedmonton@gmail.com>.
- Rules about food handling from the City on site will be communicated later on the week.
- Perfect for those who want to display their Muslim culture and sell their products or services under a tent. This option includes one 10 x10ft table and two chairs.
4. Table Vendor - $150
- Ideal for smaller setups, providing a table for vendors to showcase their items. This option includes one 10 x10ft table and two chairs. Personal canopy or tent are not allowed. Hand held umbrellas can be used for this option.
- This option is ideal for banners and poster.
