Join us for the Annual Muslim Heritage Day on August 15th! This is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the rich culture, traditions, and contributions of the Muslim community. We are excited to invite vendors to be part of this vibrant event, which will take place in Edmonton.

On May 1st prices will go up for food vendors. Please register early.
Vendor Registration Options:
1. Food Vendor - $550
- Showcase your culinary delights and offer a variety of delicious foods to our attendees
- Both on site and off site cooking is allowed, with proper food handling procedures
- Best for mobile and temporary food vendors
- Electrical access will be provided for this vendor type
- Requirement: All food vendors must have proper documentation, including a valid food handling permit. They must comply with city and AHS regulations regarding fire safety. It is the food vendors' responsibility to ensure that their stall meets the fire hazard safety requirements on the day of the event. 2. Tent Vendor - $450
- Perfect for those who want to display their Muslim culture and sell their products or services under a tent. This option includes one 10 x10 ft tent, two tables and two chairs.
- Vendors are not permitted to share their tent or stall space with another vendor without prior approval from the MHF Organizing Committee. Violation of this policy may result in forfeiture of your stall allocation without refund. Please read Shared Vendor Tent Policy below:
- Electrical connections are not guaranteed for tent vendors, as priority is given to food vendors and sponsors. If additional capacity is available, power may be provided to tent vendors based on individual needs.
- Henna and face painting are complimentary at the event; therefore, vendors are not permitted to sell these services at the MHF.

To secure your spot, please complete this registration form and pay your dues. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register early! No refunds on payments after July 1st. All vendors must be set up at the location before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so may result in the reassignment of the table to the next person on the waitlist, without a refund.
