Session will be three hours.

Coaches will be able to bring their own client work for group support and everyone will get air time. If you just want to ask questions or explore how to get the most from supervision, that's fine too. The group will be small and intimate, no more than five.

Me and my role...

I'm Steve. I have been coaching for 17 years, coaching inside organisations up to board levels and also working with private individuals who just need some support. I have been supervising coaches for 11 years now. I supervise 1-2-1, work with coaches internal to organisations and also run a supervision group for leadership coaches, working face to face. My role is simply to bring out the wisdom within the group, wherever that lies, and to facilitate you getting what you want or need to develop your coaching practice.
