FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are transferable and the transfer deadline is Sept 1.
2. I would like to bring my children. How old do they have to be?
As some of the materials and activities focus on more mature subject matter, we recommend that attendees be age 16 and older and accompanied by an adult.
3. Will meals be provided?
Your ticket to the Flagship conference ( Friday 10/2 and Saturday 10/3 from 10 am to 2:30 am) will include:
- coffee and tea both days
- light afternoon snacks 10/2
- mid-morning pastries and fruit 10/3
- lunch 10/3
Your ticket for the Youth conference on Saturday 10/3 from 12:30 pm to 6 pm will include:
- coffee and tea until 3 pm
- water
- tea time snacks and a boba tea bar
4. Is there parking and how much is parking?
Parking onsite is free but limited to 70 spots. We do recommend ride-share and car pooling as an alternative.
Street parking off venue is NOT allowed by the home owners association.
We have arranged free parking and shuttle at the North Springs Marta Station.
