We’re Doing It Again: Join TEDxAtlanta for the Great Pollinator Census

TEDxAtlanta is returning to the Great Southeast Pollinator Census. This year, we’re heading to the Chastain Park Native Plant Garden for a morning of counting, learning and hands-on fun.

Last year, TEDxAtlanta contributed to the 13,432 pollinator counts submitted by Georgians. This data helps researchers study the economic value of pollination, shows city planners where more pollinator habitats are needed and helps growers and gardeners understand which pollinators live in their communities.

Data submitted by 2025 Pollinator Census participants led to the creation of 395 new sustainable pollinator habitats across Georgia.
