The objective of this course is to provide information, guidance, tools and scenario based applications to enable supervisors to be successful and effective as they supervise and lead Federal Employee's. This course is designed to follow a federal employee's career from application and initial hire through retirement. NGPMC is MANDATORY for personnel supervising a federal employee ANYWHERE in their hierarchy. Attendance is required upon initial appointment as a supervisor and every 3 years thereafter per 5 CFR 412.202. 

You will receive an email two week prior to the start of the training with an agenda.  If you have signed up for the teams version of the this I will be sending out that link the day prior.  This is to keep from sending multiple emails out every time another member is added to the teams training team.
