This training will be Part 2 of the Federal Performance Management Program Training Series: Progress Reviews. The training will include a quick recap of how to create a plan for your employees, how to document progress reviews, and how to provide feedback to your employees that meets OPM's Performance Appraisal Assessment Tool (PAAT) requirements. This training will be conducted both in person and live on  MS teams.
