Una obra de Oscar González Barreto
Dirección: Leyma López
Una producción de ID Studio Theater

Tres hermanos.

ALMENDARES

A play by Oscar González Barreto
Directed by Leyma López
Produced by ID Studio Theater

Three siblings. Eight years apart. A family bar filled with memories.

After their father's death, three siblings reunite at the family bar. The eldest brother returns from the North, carrying years of absence, memories, and unanswered questions.

Caught between what they left behind and what still binds them, Almendares explores freedom, belonging, and the ties that connect us to the past.

What does it truly mean to be free? And what happens when the past refuses to let go of us?

An intimate, evocative play about family, migration, memory, and the mystery of what remains.

AN INTIMATE THEATRICAL EXPERIENCE: For this production, the lower level of ID Studio Theater will be transformed into the family bar where the story unfolds, placing audiences at the heart of the action. With just 20 audience members per performance, each show offers an unusually intimate theatrical experience. Advance reservations are strongly recommended.

THEATER WITH A PURPOSE: This production of Almendares is also an act of solidarity. Proceeds will support communities affected by the earthquakes in Venezuela.
